What to Expect

Please anticipate your office visit to be 1-3hours.  Our goal is to give quality care to every patient.  It takes time to complete each test and to explain results to the family.

It is required to have the insurance card and picture id of the parent/guardian available at time of the visit.  If you do not have the insurance card at time of visit, you are required to contact the primary care doctor and have them fax a copy to our office.  If no card is available, we may have to reschedule the appointment.

Any co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance or past due amounts are due on the date of service or we may have to ask you to reschedule the appointment.

If you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.  Being late puts everyone behind.

Thank-you for your patience,
Tri-City Pediatric Cardiology, P.C.
